By submitting an enquiry through omni-digital.tech and checking the consent box, I consent to OMNI Digital LLP (Business Identification Number 230440019001; 7 Al-Farabi Avenue, Bostandyk District, Almaty 050059, Kazakhstan) processing the personal data I provide to handle my enquiry, respond to it and provide the materials I request.
This consent covers the company details, contact information, selected area of interest and message I provide, including my name or other information about myself if I choose to include it. It also covers the submission date and time, page, consent choices and technical information needed to operate and protect the form. Processing may include collection, recording, storage, use, correction, sharing, deletion and other actions necessary for these purposes.
My data may be shared with hosting and communication service providers to receive my enquiry and notify the OMNI Digital team, including through a transfer outside Kazakhstan. My data will not be made publicly available. Enquiries submitted through the form are stored with a hosting provider in Kazakhstan.
This consent remains valid until my enquiry and related correspondence are complete or until I withdraw it, unless further processing is required by law. Consent to receive other informational materials is separate and is not required to submit an enquiry.
